NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER 

Respected, well-established chemical distributor has an opportunity available for a sales expert to promote their products and offerings to key clients.

Success in this position requires expertise in long term relationship building, communication skills (written and verbal), negotiation, and leadership skills.  The successful candidate will also possess a Bachelor's degree in chemistry (or a related field), prior relationships with key players within the chemical industry as relates to their products, sales planning/strategy and presentation to top level executives.  Formal sales training and sales management experience is an advantage.  

The position requires travel to 40%.  Full time, permanent position with base salary and commissions.   For the sales expert who enjoys autonomy with a company that encourages independent thinking, taking a proactive role with the client and taking the necessary steps to ensure customer satisfaction, this opportunity is perfect.

FIELD SERVICE COMPONENT REPAIR - HOUSTON, TEXAS

Large, well-established turbine maintenance and repair company has an opportunity for multi-talented turbine techs.  Must be experienced in heavy travel within the U.S, and internationally. Requires the ability to work solo or within a team.  70% of the work is performed solo, requiring resourcefulness and independent thinking. 

Experience must include component work on large industrial steam turbines used primarily in the power generation industry.  Must be proficient at machining, welding, blading, and any type of component repair including splicing tie wires, brazing, etc.  There is some gas turbine work but the majority is on steam turbines.  Candidates are required to work in tight spaces.

Must be willing and able to travel with very short notice to jobs of one day to two months in duration, sometimes traveling from one job directly to another.  Repairs are done in situ or sent to the shop in Houston for repair there.

This is a permanent job with benefits and 1560 hours guaranteed annually.   Hours typically total 2500-3200 hours per year.  Competitive hourly pay with per diem.  All travel expenses paid.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - HOUSTON, TEXAS

Large parts manufacturing company has an immediate opening for a technician with well-rounded skills:  electrical, mechanical, and controls.  This position maintains all types of equipment in a 150,000 sq. ft. climate controlled facility.  

Requires experience in HVAC (chillers), lighting, machinery (lathes, mills, welding machines), plumbing, large cranes (100 ton), and more.  Night shift position.  Requires high energy for quick turnaround.
